Building a bridge to a brighter tomorrow
Our programs empower individuals to be the force for change in themselves, their families, and their communities.
How We Work
With 5 service locations in Columbus, CND reaches the most at-need populations in our community and responds to community needs, serving inner-city, economically distressed neighborhoods.
Mental Health & Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Our comprehensive programs are licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
Youth and Young Adult Programs
Our programs help youth and young adults improve their grades, set goals for success, and display appropriate behaviors.
CND has established strong working relationships with schools and other community organizations in Columbus and Reynoldsburg.
Covid 19 Vaccine Clinic at CND 6/23
CND is partnering with Rite Aid Pharmacy to be a vaccination site on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 from 12 noon to 2:30 p.m. The Pfizer vaccine is available to anyone age 12 and older with a signed consent form for any minors (adult must be present). Participants must present a valid government issued photo ID. You do not need to have insurance and this is a free service. Once the vaccine is administered each participant must remain seated in the waiting area for 15 minutes for observation by a technician. Anyone interested in registering for the vaccine can click the button below to sign up or call CND Covid Resource Specialist Supervisor Gail Stone at 614-563-9366.
The second shot will be administered three weeks later on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at the same time as their first shot.
